Life With Worries

There are people who think life is the second name of worries. Most of the worries we learned from our parents. The top of them is money.
 It is easy for most people to worry about some problems rather than solve them. As Nicholas Rodney says:
"Once we accept our limits to spend a life, we go beyond worries"
Also, he said:
"Worry is like a microscope, it makes every little misery look huge"

The following are some worries in our society.

Savings 

                Almost every person worried about his financial future or savings. No doubt savings give us relief at the end of the month. when we do not have enough money to pay our bills or if we get sick and need expensive treatment. But on the other hand, it keeps us worried throughout the month. 

Old Age

                Some people seem to worry about their age. They do not like to get old, which gives them stress. Because of this stress, they are getting old at a young age.

Job Security

               People mostly youth are worried about their job if they do not have permanent or government jobs. All the time they think about their job security.

Diet

             Majority of people getting sick day by day. A number of people can not afford a healthy diet. So every person worried about their diet to be healthy and smart.

Own house

              People who do not have their own house and live in rental houses they always think and worry about their own house. 

About Children

              Most parents are worried about their children's grooming, social identity, education, future, and basic learning.

Money

               Today's biggest problem or worry is money. Everyone wants to become rich. People always think about the ways in which they can get more money. In this way, they become worried the whole time.

Marriage

               Young people have a lot of pressure from society to get married as soon as possible. Everyone asked them when they get married. Which leads them to anxiety and depression. They can not focus on their dreams and goals. 

Assumptions 

                Some people have a problem to assume anything about anyone. They do not have enough confidence to talk about a particular problem to a particular person.
 Because of this, their assumption leads them to tension. Such people get worried about the things that not even happened yet and think about them all day. 

Looks or Appearance

               Society has set many beauty standards for people. Especially the young generation is more worried about their looks and appearance. 
They compare themselves to others. They do not feel comfortable in their own selves, they just want to become like others. They get worried all day and did not focus on their goals. 

Effects

Time waste

Worries waste a lot of time. People did not even realize how much time they have wasted on thinking about worries. People only focus on problems rather than solve them. They do not have enough time to get focus on new goals. They missed a lot of new opportunities. 

Do not let you enjoy life

When we worried all the time. We do not enjoy the little things in life. Worries keep us busy in negative things or outputs. 

Bad Behaviour

Worries also affect our mood which leads us to bad behavior. 

Weak Relationships  

When we think negatively all the time and worried about minor things, it weakens our relationships.

Lack of Sleep

Worries affect our mind and because of it, we do not get good sleep. 

Poor Health

Negative thoughts give us bad health. We get sick. Our mind and body did not work properly. 

Ways to deal with it

There are a lot of ways to deal with worries.
If we only think about the blessings that we have in our life, then we have less time to think about problems.
If we just focus on the problem's solutions then we get less worried about the actual problem.
If we do not compare ourselves with others and always be thankful for what we have in our life.
If we accept the things that we can not change. And practice realistic thinking.
If we mind our own business and keep ourselves calm and happy.
                      
                    Do not give worries priority to your life. In short, we can say that if a person identifies his worth and does not cross his limits or violate rules so he will be able to end up his worries and live a peaceful and happy life.
